We conducted experiments to examine cell activity levels when adding these three types at varying concentrations.

Experiment Results

The graph (yellow arrow) shows that ①raw supernatant and ③exosomes alone experience sharp drops in activity at high concentrations. This is likely due to impurities, and it shows that exosomes alone have lower effectiveness.

Our exosome supernatant continues to show increased cell activity even at high concentrations, and experiments verify its high effectiveness.

We collect and culture dental pulp cells from deciduous teeth of 10-year-old Japanese children.
We have confirmed they are mesenchymal stem cells by verifying cell surface markers and their ability to differentiate into various functional cells.

We culture dental pulp stem cells from deciduous teeth collected from 10-year-old Japanese children.
The tooth extraction and dental pulp tissue collection are conducted through appropriate processes reviewed by an ethics committee for life science and medical research involving human subjects.

The cells are proven to be mesenchymal stem cells by confirming positive expression of mesenchymal stem cell surface markers CD73, CD90, CD105, and negative expression of CD34, CD45.
